Taking a look at its nutritional label, Naked Mass seems well-built when it comes to delivering mass-gaining calories and muscle-building protein.
Leading mass gainers in the market usually contain more than 1000 calories per serving. Each serving of Naked Mass gives you a massive 1250 calories, which is almost the same amount of calories you get in a 500-gram cut of steak. If you are planning on bulking up, adding Naked Mass to your diet makes it easier for you to hit a calorie surplus each day.
Each serving contains 252g of complex carbohydrates, in the form of organic tapioca maltodextrin. Maltodextrin is readily digested by the body – this means that it can quickly replenish depleted energy reserves and get to work supplying nutrients to your muscle cells.
Naked Mass looks rather impressive by claiming that it does not contain any artificial sweeteners, flavors, or colors. It is gluten-free and does not contain GMOs, soy, or growth hormones that may trigger stomach-related issues.

I tried to mix it using a spoon, but it wasn’t the best idea – as it ended up in a drink that was full of clumped-up powders. It mixes well when you use a shaker bottle or a blender.
When it comes to flavor, Naked Mass did not impress me that much – but I wasn’t setting my hopes that high. The Chocolate and Vanilla variants didn’t excite my taste buds. You may want to try adding slices of fruit, scoops of peanut butter, honey, or oats to jazz up the taste of your drink.
The Unflavored variant, however, looks like a better choice. You can just mix it with your favorite juice, ice cream, or protein beverage to boost its flavor – at least you don’t have to put up with a plain Chocolate or Vanilla taste.
